The N3 Commercial Fitness Trainer (Interactive Boxing Trainer & Sparring Partner) delivers fast-paced and challenging training with both live and 3D-animated coaches. Customize your workouts to fit your needs and progress with you. The N3 Head Pads use bilateral movement on the Z & X axes to teach and train Jabs, Crosses, Hooks and Combinations, similar to Mitts rounds with a Personal Trainer. The N3 Commercial includes leg pads, and you can configure the Nexersys software to incorporate kicks for the complete kickboxing & MMA workout experience.
